CoolSculpting utilizes a process known as cryolipolysis to freeze fat cells beneath the surface without affecting the skin.
Our Manhattan dermatologists (all board-certified) are expertly trained in CoolSculpting. At Advanced Dermatology PC, we own our CoolSculpting machine; as a result, we have performed much more CoolSculpting treatments than practices that rent their machine.
Advanced Dermatology PC’s Manhattan location is conveniently located on the Upper West Side, on the corner of West 81st St. & Central Park West. We are located within blocks of the B, C and 1 trains, and are a block away from the M7, M11 and M86 buses.
To determine your candidacy for CoolSculpting, you will consult with one of our Manhattan dermatologists. He or she will examine you, review your medical history, and answer your questions. If you are a candidate for CoolSculpting, your dermatologist will explain the number of treatments you will need and your treatment sessions will be scheduled.
CoolSculpting can be done on the love handles (flanks), abdomen and lower back. During your consultation, your dermatologist will determine whether CoolSculpting is the best approach for your specific area(s) of concern.
At Advanced Dermatology’s Manhattan location, Dr. Friedler, Dr. Joerg, and Dr. Troccoli perform CoolSculpting. For the more difficult Manhattan CoolSculpting cases, Dr. Fox occasionally performs treatments at this office as well. Read more about our dermatologists here.
