Priyanka Hawaldar, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Associate licensed to practice medicine in the state of New York, specializing in dermatology. Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, she graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences. Prior to becoming a Physician Associate, Priyanka worked as a dermatology medical assistant, where she developed a strong foundation and passion for dermatologic care.
She earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine at Florida International University in Miami and is trained in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Priyanka is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and has completed a dermatology fellowship with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).
Priyanka has experience treating a wide range of dermatologic conditions across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and elderly patient populations. She also provides cosmetic services including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, laser treatments, and chemical peels. She is dedicated to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care and believes in creating individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve healthy, confident skin.
