Parth Patel, DMSc, PA-C is a doctorally trained board-certified physician assistant (PA) specializing in the field of dermatology. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies, both from Seton Hall University. He recently completed a terminal doctorate degree for PAs in Doctor of Medical Science. Parth began his career as a dermatology PA in New York City where he was trained in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. After spending some time in New York City, he then relocated to Philadelphia a few years ago.
In addition to practicing clinically, Mr. Patel holds adjunct faculty positions at Seton Hall University and Thomas Jefferson University for their PA programs. He is an active member of the American Academy of PAs (AAPA), the Society of Dermatology PAs (SDPA), and Pennsylvania Dermatology PAs (PDPA). He specializes in treating various dermatological conditions affecting the skin, hair, and nails but focuses on treating acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, rashes, and skin cancer.
